Cask pint in The Pheasant, Wellington Shropshire on 21st Sep 2016. Clear golden pour, white head. Cascade, Challenger and Goldings are the three hops in question: they might not have used enough because I thought this rather bland and certainly not ’hoppy’ in nature. Refreshing and thirst quenching, but lacks depth of flavour and aroma.
