Gravity poured third of a pint at the CAMRA Peterborough Beer Festival on 24th Aug 2016. Copper/amber body, wispy off-white head. Bitter from the start, this is a hop led brew with very little malt influence in either the nose or flavour. Liked it.

Handpull cask from the Five Bells, Tydd St Mary. Light brown with a bit of a reddish hue. Almost clear and a decent-sized off-white head. Sour, woody smell with hazelnut and a bit of fresh grass. Taste is sour and at first extremely bitter, however the bitterness fades with time and finds an agreeable balance over the course of the pint. Long finish. Caramel and turpentine in the aftertaste. Body is thin but it works for this recipe. Pretty good sessionable bitter.
