Dieses untypische Bier ist die perfekte Kombination zu Meeresfrüchten und Fisch. Paare es mit Speisen oder trink die Gose doch einfach als erfrischenden Durstlöscher. Das Bier ist würzig, zitronig, leicht säuerlich und enorm erfrischend.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Next Level Brewing Lemon Thyme - Freestyle Gose ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, lemon, thyme. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, thyme, lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled 330ml. -at Magic Beer Room Zagreb. Hazy yellow/golden coloured, small white head, mild thyme in the nose. Slightly lactic, thyme dominates, salt is also noticable, trace of coriander along with some citric notes in the finish. Add some oregano here and there’s something like liquid pizza...Interesting and good.

Tap at Craft Room. Murky yellow golden body, small white head. Pungent thyme aroma, light lactic touches. Thyme in the surprisingly full taste, light lactic and salty notes, going in the aftertaste with mild thyme. Okay, prefer the Tropical Passion though, but certainly very well crafted.
