Unsere Freestyle Version des altertümlichen Deutschen Bierstils Gose ist gewürzt mit Zitronensaft, Thymian, Indischem Koriander und Meersalz. Dieses untypische Bier ist die perfekte Kombination zu Meeresfrüchten und Fisch. Paare es mit Speisen oder trink die Gose doch einfach als erfrischenden Durstlöscher. Das Bier ist würzig, zitronig, leicht säuerlich und enorm erfrischend.

Ein Bier das den Begriff Würzigkeit neu definiert. Wenn man dieses Bier nämlich als würzig bezeichnet, dann muss man dazu sagen, dass es sich um den als Fleischgewürz bekannten Thymian handelt. Das merkt man auch im Bier und ist auch gut in das Gesamtbier eingearbeitet. Dass es wirklich harmonisch ist, kann ich wegen dem unbekannten Geschmack im Bier nicht wirklich sagen. Was aber allemal ist. sehr erfrischend und interessant

330ml bottle. Milky, orangey, golden colour with small, frothy, to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal aroma, notes of thyme, a salty touch. Taste is tart, herbal, salty, notes of thyme, a touch of lemon, lemon zest, salted lemon. A bit monotonous.

Golden with little white head. Aroma is thyme, vinegar, sour stuff, cheese. Taste is sour pizza. Fast finish, drinkable, not umami. Quite distinct character.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is thyme, ethereal. Taste is lemon, thyme, wheat, touch of dough and salt. Oily mouthfeel, ethereal aftertaste. It works!

Pours a hazy and very pale straw color, topped with a minimal white head. Pleasant lemony aroma (like lemon radler) with some spiciness of teh coriander. Gentle but easy to pick up, has that strong citrusy fresh feel. Taste is gently lemony soury, some saltiness can be felt in it with mildly bitter finish. Nice, light, little bit tart, crisp and fresh. Very enjoyable.

Tap at Craft Bier fest, Vienna. Hazy yellow color with huge white head. Strong thyme aroma. Taste, light malt, lemon, strongly overlapped by thyme and maybe other herbs. Unbalanced, not very enjoyable beer.
