500 ml bottle, batch #442, from The British Corner Shop. Brewed for Cottage Delight by Staffordshire Brewery, ABV is 4.5%. Crystal clear golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of malts, toffee and caramel. Light bodied, citric mouthfeel. The flavour has a slight malty sweetness with toffee and caramel again, followed by moderate citrussy hops and a reasonably bitter finish.

500ml bottle into a Batemans badged pint sleeve at home on 6th Jan 2016. Very pale, lager like in fact, thin white wispy head, also lager like! Aroma is a blend of hops and light malts, as is the taste. Easy to drink and refreshing, no real depth or deep flavour, but a decent session ale and better than some of this breweries ’gimmick’ named beers.
