Bottle (great garching gift...!): Pale golden, hazy, creamy and lacy and stable white head, lemony and fruity (bananas as expected) nose with a solid base of sweet wheat malt; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied, creamy MF; lingering lemony and fruity finish, balanced by sweet malt and a delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. A very fine Weizen...

Draught at BKL München 2017.
Orange-amber, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, rocky, lacing, white head.
Aroma of marzipan, dried fruits, banana cake, sweet bread, vanilla, some sweet berries.
Tastes of banana, yeast, dried fruits, citrus, orange, some vanilla, some bread.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, medium sweet, a bit yeasty, with fruits, like banana, a bit bready, a bit malty.
Very nice. Especially the nose is really lovely, with lots of dense, sweet notes. Taste is more of a straight Weizenbock, while also nice. Overall really enjoyable, smooth stuff, with a lot of character.

Golden with big white head. Aroma is some grapefruit, flowery but not phenolic hops, some yeasts and green stuff. Taste is very dry lemon pips, some yeasts and bitter flour. Quite bitter on the tongue, a bit chalky. Bitter non-phenolic finish. Not exactly my kind of Weizen.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is grassy hop, quite some hop oils, bananas, cream, touch of milky yeasts. Taste is grassy, bananas, spicy yeasts, a bit earthy and leafy. Silky mouthfeel, green-grassy aftertaste. Nice hoppy Weizen!

(bottle, 33cl, from Edeka März, Bad Tölz) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sized foamy head. Distinctively herbal-spicy and slightly grassy hoppy aroma with mildly minty and resiny notes, as well as berry-fruity accents and hints of apricots, accompanied by a mild but still present wheat character. Mildly bitter, slightly tart and delicately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with an almost creamy carbonation. Initially a mealy wheat character with a cornucopia of hoppy flavours kicking in quite quickly, lingering into the lasting, mildly bitter, delicately sour-tart and minty finish. A very complex hoppy wheat beer. 06.II.17
