Luppoli e Uva Varese 19.11.22

Heller, süßlich hellmalziger Beginn. Starke Karbonisierung, Nuancen von Alkohol. Leicht steigende Würzigkeit, die hellen Malznoten steigen ebenfalls. Spritzig, etwas trocken werdend, dennoch insgesamt süffig. Langer Nachhall. 10/9/9/11/10/11

Fläschla: Golden to deep golden, unclear, slowly diminishing medium-sized head with a good lacework; juicy honeyish and pale-malty nose with a mild, but distinctive leafy-hoppy background; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, a bit harsh; lingering - quite well balanced - sweet-malty and leafy-bitter finish. Good and moreish...

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Mildly biscuity and honey-ish pale malty aroma with notes of fruity (citrus, tangerines) and flowery hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Honey-ish malty and fruity hoppy taste with floral notes in the backyard; moderately sweet and discreetly hop bitter finish with a fruity edge. A balanced and well-hopped pale Bock. 24.II.17
