17th July 2014, this beer was on my first flight of the day at Pizza Port’s San Clemente place. Poured a pale yellow with a thin white head. Has a malty, yet citrus hoppy aroma. The taste was more leaning towards bitter hoppiness leaving most of the citrus notes in the nose and the maltiness as a forgotten undertone. Liked it. Good body depth and the 5.4% ABV suited it nicely.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear golden color with a medium white head that dissipates to a film quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Light-bodied with a zesty citrus hops character and notes of bready malt and light spice. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering hops aftertaste. Above average all around.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a lasting white head. Aromas of citrus zest, tangerine, white grapes, bready and toasty, grainy malt profile, hay. Very fresh and hoppy. Flavors are of tropical fruit, grainy, clean. Lively dry, crisp and clean. Clearly worth another pint.
