This ale’s golden amber color only hints at its full-bodied flavor. Its sumptuous maltiness is tempered by a goodly amount of bitterness and a mouth-filling hop flavor. In order to finish our I.P.A. with a truly fresh hop bouquet, we dry hop this ale in the serving tank with both East Kent Goldings and Mount Hood hops.

On tap. Pours a clear copper with light head. Aromas of fruit jelly and light toasted malts. Flavors of same with grain and cardboard.

Tap. Golden color with white head. Aroma is old hops, caramel. Taste is toasty malts, hoppy, bittersweet finish. Smooth mouthfeel. Ok.

Tap a craft bier fest Munich. Spring onions, old sock resinny hops. Hazy golden, offwhite lace. Medium light body, apricot jam sweetness, resinny, caramel finish. A bit meh.

Okay modest head and gold body with a fine hoppy aroma (or hoopy. I forget.) Nice hops flavours with a dry finish, slightly sweet. A good IPA, somewhere in the upper middle of those I’ve tasted.

Draft - Lots of grapefruit and some piney notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Bitter citrus and pine notes. Solid.

On June 21, 2015. At Steamworks Brewpub, in Vancouver, British Columbia.HAzy golden color, white head. Malty sweet, hoppy floral and fruity scent. Green, leafy, hoppy taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Bitter aftertaste.

Poured from the tap. Golden yellow with minimal white head. Bready malt, subtle caramel, mild grassy hops. Light-medium body.

Some fruit in initial smell, probably apple. Pours cloudy golden with pretty good lacing and some head. Although the first smell is ok, the aftertaste is astringent, almost chemical. Not entirely pleasant. On tap at brewpub.

Tap @ Steamworks, Vancouver. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste grass, soap, malt and hops. A little boring and too few hops present.
