First beer on my flight at the brewpub on 11th March 2014. Pale blonde, clear but thin looking, a white head on top. The nose was a mini blend of floral hopscotch and grain, the taste leaning towards citrus flavours, again with a grain hint or two. I thought it fairly bland and pedestrian in nature and my least favourite of the eight brews I sampled during my visit.

Blonde coloured body with a bright white head. Aroma of light malt, a touch of alcohol and very little else. Medium to Light-bodied; Fresh malt flavour with a hint of citrus and not much else except hay. Aftertaste is quite minimal in complexity with only some light malt and citrus coming through. Overall, not such a great beer, but nice in the heat of Southern California. I sampled this pint on draught at the brewpub with haddon90 in Newport Beach, California on 27-August-2011.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale golden color with a thin and fizzy white head that burns away quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of grainy malt and mild hops. Light body with flavors of sweet malt and grassy hops. The finish is malty with a sweet grain aftertaste. Average overall.
