500ml bottle from Beers of Europe Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Sweet biscuit malt aromas, light metallic tang. Taste has a sweet finish and faint hops, but not much going on. Pretty watery.

Out of date bottle from B&M but still fine. Copper-golden and not much head. It has a very small sweetness and a medium bitterness at best.

500ml Bottle:BBD 31 Oct 2013, poured into a UK pint sleeve on 7 Sep 2013. Looked good, nice golden amber hue to the beer, on top a full and lasting off-white crown. The nose seemed more malty than hoppy, as did the taste: a good blend and well balanced in both aroma and flavour. Semi-sweet lead with a mild hop bitterness at the finish. Easy drinking brew with enough taste to interest.

(can, 44cl, 3.5% abv) Slightly hazy, amber colour with a mid-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly sour fruity (cara-)malty aroma with a tinge of ginger and shy hoppy notes. Slightly sweet and minimal sour flavour, light bodied with a mild carbonation. Slightly fruity (cara-)malty taste with a slightly bitter hoppy blend, especially towards the finish. 07.X.09

Can (label says 3.5%): Clear, light amber coloured, bigger stable creamy off-white head; light - typical "english" - fruity-malty nose, maybe with a touch of butterscotch and a light but distinctive hop profile; light bitter-sweet flavour, soft, light bodied; pretty delicate bitter-malty finish. Thin, but not bad..........
