500ml bottle: best before date of Dec 2013. I opened it at home on 8th Dec 2012, poured into a UK pint sleeve. The beer had a slight haze to its light golden body, on top sat a foaming head of snow white bubbles. Both the nose and taste were citrus lead, lemon peel and grapefruits came to mind. This is a refreshing and lively brew: not sure the Queen would approve but I enjoyed it. Medium body with a depth of citrus flavour running right through to the last sip: not really a bitter beer, the hops giving more taste than bitterness. There must be a malt undertone to prevent the hops taking over completely: but couldn’t find it.
