500ml Bottle conditioned: poured into an Abbot Ale glass tankard on 3rd Nov 2012. This beer is brewed using as many local ingrediants as possible and for the ’Apley Estate’, I obtained it from the Apley ’Farm Shop’ which is inbetween Telford and Bridgnorth just outside the village of Norton. Golden hazy look to this ’local pale ale’, very thin head of small white bubbles on top. Nice blend of flavours: both floral hop notes and biscuity malts in the nose and taste. Well carbonated and well balanced: no huge strengths, but easy to drink and a good find. I can’t find any information about the beer apart from what’s on the rear label.
