  Stout - Smoked Regular
Score
6.83
ABV: 5.5% IBU: - Ticks: 10
High fermented smoked Stout. Rifermented in bottle. Color is deep black with a persistent fine texture foam cappuccino coloured. 5,5% alcohol vol.
At the nose is evident the coffee and the smoked obtained with a special malt variety smoked on beach wood.
In the mouth you will appreciate the smoothness and a persistent chocolate and coffee taste typical from the stout style. As for the hops: this beer has been brewed using continental types and this is functional to give the very balanced tone.
Recommended to be drunk at a temperature NOT below 10°C in a tulip glass.
An excellent excuse to revive with your best friend the UK atmosphere during the industrial revolution.

Bottiglia.

Bottle courtesy of Marco Buraschi, many thanks! Aroma is hazelnuts, chocolate, coffee. Taste is more of the hazelnuts, chocolate and coffee, with a milky yeasty touch. Beautiful aroma, a bit too yeasty in the back. Silky mouthfeel, as always. Not bad, but has more potential than it uses.

Bottle, thanks sinh4! Dark brown almost black with little tan head. Aroma is hazelnut, coffee, licorice. Taste is bittersweet. Creamy, reminds me of rum after all. Overall ok. A little too bitter for me.

Bottle, as a gift by Marco from Sottobisio. Very dark brown with a beautiful light and steady foam. Impressive coffee aroma over a dry and ashy smoke. Some dark chocolate, low vanilla. Medium-bodied, well carbonated, with a smooth texture. Dry and refreshing despite all the darkness. Very nice!

Dark brown color, almost black, and almost no head. Light roasted malt and dark bread aroma. Dry and light mouthfeel, roasted malt, some cacao.
Not a bad beer. Just too dry, roasty, and maybe a bit too ashy for me.
