Can at home. Pours a cola colour with beige head. Nose is roasted malts, coffee, cocoa powder, a light cherry hint. Taste is cocoa, dark chocolate, light roasted notes, some tart cherry and a hint of marzipan. More malty and sweet than bittet and hoppy, but it sure is dry, especially the finish. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Pleasant beer, but not much of an IPA all in all.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep copper colour with a huge creamy beige head. Aroma is floral, roasted notes, some mild fruity elements. Flavour is fruity, floral, some roasted malts, mild mild toffee tones.

Creamy off-white god mostly lasting head. Almost black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long light roasted and slightly fruity flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Blik op vakantie geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een cola kleurig bier met een beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van chocolade en kersen. De smaak is vol, chocolade, gebrande mout en kersen met een hoppige nasmaak.

Pours black, small white head. Scent is roasty, creamy, still clear on the hops (herbal, grassy, earthy). Taste is full, roasty, nice - bit bitter, might benefit from even more hoparoma, but is pretty good as is.

Can from Beerdome. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, hard roasted malt and moderate hoppy - pine. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 070322

Can 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Brilliant deep amber brown colour, tall frothy tan head, good retention, good lacing. Aroma roasted malts, dark fruits, cherries, coffee and cocoa notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, roasty, dark fruits, coffee, chocolate. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth malty sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity and chocolate noes, lingering dry bitter finish, very good.

Can from Beerdome. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich hops, roast malt, chocolate, notes of caramel and has a nice bitter finish.
