I had this at the brewery rather than at Salesforce, because that's what powerful people do. Dark brown, thin head. Mostly coffee on the nose but it kind of misses on the palate. The malt base is thinnish for an impy this strong, and the hazelnut comes across here like the hazelnut syrup in coffee, which is not a good thing for me. Bordering on a miss.

Covid roulette, courtesy of SergeyDark brown colour, viscous. Strong aroma of chocolate hazelnut wafers. Thick mouthfeel, it's densly sweet; flavour of chocolate, of hazelnuts, cookies, and some roasty expression, maybe coffee; with such sweetness, no surprise that the alcohol is well hidden.
The aroma is more impressive than the flavour. Delicious.

22oz @ Sales Force. Appearance: almost black with a tan head. Aroma: nuts, some chocolate, graham crackers. Taste: very sweet, tons of hazelnut. Overall: harsh and unbalanced, really not good couldn't tolerate it, 3 small sips were really more than enough.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out earthy coffee upfront, followed by light toasted hazelnuts, and almost a bit of cheeto-like cheesiness (wtf?). Flavour is oily and sticky, with sweet coffee, lactose-like sweetness, and a touch of hazelnuts. Not really impressed with the complexity or depth here; the hazelnut does come out, but the body isn't cohesive or rich enough to do them justice. Not a well-brewed beer, and very overpriced given the subpar quality.
