7-3-8-4-15 Can, #381, three weeks after canning. Pours cloudy yellow, with a big creamy head receding to finger thickness. Aroma is grassy hops with tropical notes of apricots, litchi and gooseberries, as well as citrusy notes of lime. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dank hops with citrusy notes of grapefruit and lime, as well as tropical notes of melon, litchi and stone fruits. Lingering leafy hops in the finish.

Å sprette en ny øl fra hop master Bjarte Halvorsen & co er alltid en glede, og heller ikke denne skuffer: uklar gyldengul med fint skum som varer, upåklagelig visuelt inntrykk som alltid fra Salikatt. Fersken, pasjonsfrukt og tropiske frukter, og med et streif av pepper/urter som gir en fin bitterhet i den saftige avslutningen. 0,33-boksen utlevert på Statens helsekostutsalg i Madla amfi, mot innlevering av noen pensjonskroner.

330ml can, #381, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Frothy white head to a cloudy golden body, rings of lace down the glass. Promising hop fruity nose, peaches and ripe lemon. Blended taste character of peaches, passion fruit, and juicy oats. Pleasant, semi-dry ending containing a piney note. Well bodied. Like it. (Tromsø 18.09.2021).

Can. It's a hazy orange-colored beer with a small white head. Piney, resiny and grapefruity aroma with a touch of pale malts. Grapefruit, pine cones, resin notes, some pale malts, bread, cellar hints, green grapes and a good bitterness in the flavor. Long finish. A nice one indeed, but a bit too cellarish, in a strange way. 210918
