Can at home. Pours ruby with a pinkish head. Nose is mainly maple, spicy-smoky, with berries in the background. Taste is somewhat sweet, somewhat tart, it opens with tart, fruity notes (and some slight oxidization?) and in the finish the maple shows up (to some extent at least). Closes with a jammy, fruity finish, it's gt a light body and soft carbo. A bit too light bodied for a pastry and the fruit notes are a bit off somehow as well.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy red. Fenugreek, berry, milky, maple, sweet-sourish, lactose.
