Mørk rød klar med flyktig rosa skum. Lukter kirsebær, mandler og noe vanilje. Middels fylde. Sur og fruktig. Smaker sure mørke kirsebær, eddik og noe trevirke. Middels lang.

(Bottle, batch 1 2019) Dark red colour with brief, pinkish white head. Fruity nose with notes of cherries, red fruit and almonds. Fruity, tart taste with sour cherries, wild raspberries, red fruit, almonds and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and fresh, with a balanced acidity and a good cherry character. Overall in great balance. Very nice.
