This beer is a blend of two different farmhouse ales, one matured in stainless steel and the other in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts. The blend is enriched with our Tai Rosso grapes and a gentle dry hopping.

On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a hazy faded golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of bugs, a touch of spritziness, and light mustiness. Flavour is complex, with lots of grape must, plenty of mixed bugs, and a spritzy carbonation to deliver all this. Quite well-constructed, finishing just slightly acidic. Good stuff.

Pours unclear amber. Small white head. Scent is mild, tad herbal fruity, grapes. Mild backbone. Taste is surprisingly tart, but very simplistic, lactic acid. Mild fruityness.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy reddish amber, thin white head. Aroma: Grape, grapeskin, light tart, funky, some manure, bit hoppy. Taste: Hoppy and malty at the same time, light to moderate tart, light bitterness, very light sweetness. Farmyard and horse manure funk, grape, grapeskin, wood, hay. Tannins, dry mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Another nice, quite complex and balanced beer from the 'six hands'.
