6/VII/25 - on tap @ Skjuma (Torino, IT), BB: n/a (2025-641)

Pretty cloudy light yellow beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, juicy, fruity, pretty dank, diesel, some onions, lovely beer! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, gentle bitterness, fruity, quite some grapefruit, good bitterness, dank hops, diesel, onions. Aftertaste: more dank hops, fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, citrus notes, zesty, nice bitterness. Good session IPA!

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, amaretto, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, arancia amara, ananas e frutta tropicale.
