@ Alibi. Light haze. Blonde. Thin head. One the nose, an abundance of gooseberry, lychee, and riesling, as well as light blueberry, which is one of the ways I perceive brett C. Tart, bretty, with a lot of wood. Orangey hop, mellow grapeyness.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of musty woody brett, some floral and citrus dry hopping and biscuity malt. Flavour is very fresh and oaky, with a wonderful dry hop character, oak and toasted biscuity malt backbone. That oak really shines through, finishing dry and toasty. Excellent.

On tap at the Modern Times Festival of Funk. It pours an orange color with a huge fluffy white head. The aroma is bright and hoppy with some fruity notes of orange, lemon and grapefruit. Aromatic. The flavor is great. Orange and grapefruit with some strong, but pleasant citric tartness. Nice mild brett phenols in the finish to add some complexity. Very fruity. Lightly creamy mouth feel. Very nice.

Draft pour at Holy Mountain. Light clear golden pour with a swirl fizz head. Aroma is Brett dominant, and citrus fruit. Flavor matches, with an up front tart, citrus hints, apple mayve, and a Bretty, cool finish. Alright, I’ll filly admit it. These guys know what the hell they are doing.
