Bottle 330ml. w. swing top. [ As Wetzlarer Esel Weiss ].Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, dought notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, weizen yeast, grain - cardboard - BIO alike. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20160924] 5-3-5-3-9

[9/24/16] Bottle sample in the queue for Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day two. Thanks everyone for sharing bottles! Cloudy pale yellow. Aroma of yeast, bread, overripe fruits. Sweetish flavor with yeast, fruity esters, light tart note, light spiciness.

Bottle in Borefts beer queue (thanks) - yellow golden pour with a white head. Sweet malty and wheaty aroma and taste, some doughy yeasts, banana, sweet finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery and slight fruity. Medium sweet malt base, estery to light banana fruity. Medium dry and estery finish.

Bottle shared before Borefts Day 2. Cloudy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, yeast, banana-ish, sweet and floral. Not too bad.

Bottle. Murky straw-yellow color with white head. Aroma is bananas, spicy yeasts, wheat, milky yeasts, quite messy. Oily mouthfeel. Meh.

33cl swing top bottle. Milchig trübes goldgelbes Bier mit großen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, süß malzig, reife Früchte. Geschmack süß malzig, reife Früchte, hefig.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a yellow color. Medium to light head that leaves some lacing in the glass. Yeast aroma.
