Some mild citrus and malts notes in the aroma and a little bit of bitterness in the mouth. A reminder of why I generally steer clear of XPAs.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild citrus and wooden tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild toffeeish and citrusy tones.

20/10/2022. Can from Mr Liquor, Circular Quay enjoyed from the can on the approach to the Opera House. Aroma of citrus, stone fruits, grass, light tropical fruits, hint of herb and pine. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation.

Can 375ml. @ [ Trinntorp 🇸🇪 Virtual Tasting ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House. 🏡 💻👀 [ As Akasha Canada Bay XPA ]. ABV: 4.2%. ✅ Cloudy - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, flowers, fruity hops, stone fruit, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220522] 7-3-6-3-14

--Canned, from Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. -- Clear pale golden, firm mid sized head. Genrtous aroma of citrus and passionfruit. Dry with slender body and crisp mouthfeel. Pineapple and starfruit, some tangerine. Long bitter finish.

375ml can into schooner glass. From Tattersalls Hotel, Inverell. Pours a pale yellow with a thin white head. Light carbonation. Nose is light and fruity, some malt. Taste is light, fruity. Just a light, fruity easy drinking ale with a hint of malt. Nice quaffer but nothing more.

375ml can at Gavel, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, slightly watery, citrus, mineral, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Where were the bittering hops?
