Een heerlijk amber/rood bier met een volle zachte smaak door het gebruik van pale ale - en amber mout gecombineerd met een bescheiden gistkarakter. Een verfrissende afdronk door de hopsoorten Chinook (Ah! Vandaar die naam!) en Simcoe en 'n hint van grapefruit- en citroenschil.

Fles 33cl thuis. Rood fruit, vrij zacht, citrus, grapefruit, maltig, kalme bittertonen, licht pine, caramel. (10-10-2021).

Bottle picked up from Jumbo supermarket in Belgium, not far from Masstricht en route to Genk.Consumed at Scott and Mandy's, Dumbleton, Worcs', Friday 8th October 2021 listening to Mogwai - As the Love Continues. Pours amber with a white head. Fruity, malty a little bit floral on the nose, some traces of pine, moderately bitter. Ok.

Bottle. Color: Clear reddish golden / amber, white head. Aroma: Herbal, hoppy, yeasty hintsand some pine tree and floral hints. Taste: Hoppy and malty, fruity grapefruit, herbal and pine tree notes. Yeasty hints. Exactly Chinook hop characteristics. Medium body, just under average carbonation. Light sweetness, very light tart, moderate bitter. Ok.
