Can at Goblet with Karlo. Pitch black body, lazy carbonation, low off-white head. Creamy oaky raisiny aroma, sharp oxidation. Creamy, sweetish, oaky sweetish taste, wood, raisins, dried berries, figs, dust, some tea... Oxidation evident, but expected far worse. Glad to have caught one of the two cans left here... and maybe in existence.

Can 330ml (Beer Hunters). Opaque colour, brownish head. Aroma has ryebread, molasses and maybe some oak. Full-bodied. Smooth, rye-bready, malty, not intensive. Some molasses but not really, not evident rum either. Ok.

Black with a thin, dark brown head. Port wine and dark chocolate aroma. Decent but it’s more like a cheap port wine than a really good one. Bitter with a tart finish. Medium to full-bodied. Not bad.

10,0% ABV.

(Can, 0.33 l - BBE 03/2023, from Alko, 20200522) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate, rhum and ash. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, rhum, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, boozy and bitter. A decent burnt brew with rather strong boozy barrel notes.
