Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours deep red, with nice reflections and pinkish fine foam. Aroma is yeasty and fruity, of cherries and berries. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderate in both sweetness and bitterness. Final is short and clean.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy purple pour, one finger soapy pink head. Short lasting, minimal lacing on the glass. Fruity nose, yeasty background, subtle sour notes. Thin body, medium carbonation. Light mouthfeel and texture, moderately fizzy. A little bit of everything taste-wise. Combination of sweet, sour and mild bitter notes. Yeasty aroma, wheat and grains, candy. Herbal and peppery. Surprisingly, not so fruity. Very mild blueberry presence, expected a bit more. Dry and spicy finish, medium lasting. Ok but nothing to get excited about.

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Unclear red/purple coloured, medium sized off-white head, dusty blueberry nose. Slightly acidic and dry blueberry taste with notes of spices and short fruity finish.

On tap at Valhalla Viking Metal Craft Beer Bar Kitchen, Zagreb. Shared with Ogi. Hazy amber to copper red, small off-white head. Aroma is light fruity, juicy, light blueberry, light peppery phenols, light banana emerges, light citrus. Light cardboard, slightly harsh. Light fruity flavour. Plastic finish. Soft to moderate carbonation.

On tap @Dogma Taproom in Belgrade. Purple light and opalescent with a white off-rose foam. Nose: some spiciness and no fruit whatsoever. Mouth: much flat, watery a bit thin and inconsistent. Tart herbal overall. Not a Saison on my book.
