A clean, malty lager with beautiful earth and spiced notes that come from pairing the freshest Perle and Hallertau Blanc hops. Its light bitterness makes it perfectly refreshing and ridiculously crushable.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 2A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (BBF unknown). AROMA: low fruity aroma followed by low cereal husk, faint acetaldehyde. background of slightly sweet and grainy malt. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. excessive white head with good retention. TASTE: initial medium-low malt flavor with a sweet grainy character, low fruitiness and furfural. slight yeast presence. medium-low bitterness with a very dry finish. PALATE: medium body with excessive carbonation. mild astringency from tannins. OVERALL: the label does not specify the type of lager, resembling a more malty pale lager with execution and some fermentation problems.
