Roast, maple syrup, almond, coffee. Lots of vanilla for sure. Pours black with mocha head. Bittersweet finish, which leans initially towards bitter end then finishes with sweeter aftertaste. Nicely balanced adjuncts. Tap at Brew Birds.

Can. Blackish beer with a brown head. Chocolate aroma. Vanilla and chocolate flavor with light toffee and light nuttiness. Medium-plus bodied. Vanilla and chocolate linger with caramel and light nuttiness.

ABV: 11.2%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, vanilla - marshmallow - ice cream, sweet malt, dark malt, light nutty - almonds. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, chocolate, roasted, dark malt, ice cream - marshmallow - vanilla. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20211023]
