opalescent glden colour, huge, dense and forever lasting ecru-ish head; aroma of lemony, fruity (peach and pear), tropical fruity and some orange, as well as pomelo peel notes; hoppy taste with similar notes to the aroma; not bad

(Draft at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Sep 2025) Golden amber colour, hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with orange peel, herbs and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of orange peel, marmalade, dried apricots, resin, pine needles and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, dry. Hoppy and refreshing. Very nice.

Kolor wyraźnie żółty i silnie opalizujący. Piana biała, o kremowej konsystencji, jest bardzo wysoka i niesamowicie trwała. Silnie oblepia szkło.
Aromat słodki, słodowy, owocowy, chmielowy. Intensywność aromatu jest bardzo wysoka i trwała.
W smaku doskonały balans między słodową słodyczą, chmielową goryczką i lekką nutką kwaśną.
Wysycenie wysokie, musujące. Ciało średnie, nie wyższe. Tekstura niemal gładka. Posmak średnio długi, owocowy.

Pint on tap at Surrealist, Brussels with Matthijs, 31st July 2025. Pours a light hazy straw colour. Aroma is lemons, citrus. Taste is bright, citrus and juice, dry, oranges. East drinking session stuff

A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of yellow stone fruits, herbs, citra. Taste of stone fruits, melons, apricot, mild bitterness.

Pours hazed blonde. Small white head. Scent is fruity, bit tropical, passionfruit, citrus, ripe melon. Taste is sharp, high carbo, tad sweet, some bitterness. Mouthfilling grainyness. Less aromatic than expected. Not bad, but not as great as i had hoped.
