750ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Woody and vinous fruity, yeasty spicy aroma, notes of oak, white grapes, some black pepper. Taste is dry, woody, vinous fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, mildly bitter, grassy hoppy, light fruit acidic tartness, notes of oak, white grapes, white wine, subtle residual sweetness with a touch of grape sugar, a minimally mineral touch. Watery texture with an oily strand, dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Well balanced, mild, homogeneous - very nice.

Bottle. Color: Light hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, floral, yeasty, Brett notes. Taste: Malty, notes of white wine, farmyard-like and a little leathery Brett, floral notes, some oak wood. Light tart, light sweet, very little bitterness. Fruity citrus and apricot notes. Medium to just under medium body, just below average carbonation. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Very nice complexity. Lovely beer.

Bottle shared with family. Bit hazy light golden with white head. Sweet wheat, indeed some chardonnay, light white pepper, citrus peel, old wood, red apple. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied, slightly dry. Pleasant.

Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Scent is mild funky, malty, bit of the saison phenols. Mild lemon. Taste is sharp, bit tart, lemon, very bright, medium intense. Fairly dry. higher phenols. Decent, very fresh.
