Hazy golden yellow. Citrus, musty, light spice, light funk. Tasty but missing something.

Slight haze, thin head. Light amber. Has a mellow estery quality, and on the palate that sticky plastic phenol stuff is prevalent. Ok, nothing too special.

On tap at Stoup, pours a hazy pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse yeast, light hops, and a dry biscuity malt. Flavour is a good mix of light hoppy bitterness and farmhouse yeast. Dry and yeasty, with a nice balance. Good stuff.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma is tart, candy, a bit funky, some grassy hops. Taste is the same. Medium carbonation, quite aggressive. Not my type of Saison.

On tap at Old Stove Brewing. Pours a hazy gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong yeast and wheat. Medium body, clove, wheat, yeast, light finish, decent.

Draft pour at Stoup. Cloudy golden orange pour with an oily head and thick lacing. Lemongrass, and constant yeast character. Grassy finish, with an attempted tartness. A bit soapy too. Overall pretty good.

Sample at the tap room. The beer pours a murky pale orange color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily to a dense film. Sticky partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy yeast, tropical fruit and malt. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
