Backlog Oct 21. Dark red body, with a medium, creamy, light pink head. Aroma of ripe cherries, moderate thyme, some stone fruits. Tastes similar, more vinous, with a bit more thyme. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth, elegant, a bit vinous, with cherries, slightly funky. Very tasty, balanced and unique! 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

0,75l from bottle shared by Sander, big thanks. Deep Bordeaux like color, almost no head. Smells cherries, cherry pits, earthy, herbal, grassy, herbal, light molasses, bit medical. Nice to very nice smell.full body, soft carbonation. Tastes herbal, thyme, rosemary, cherries, cherry pits, herbal, bit medical, earthy. Finishes bit dry and lightly sour with notes of thyme, cherries and peppery notes.very nice one, somehow rather on the heavy side, but pretty good to drink, very nice stuff. very smooth, could use a bit of funk though.

Absolutely crazy and absolutely delicious thyme character. Needs to warm up and get some air but once it’s does this is one of the most intriguing and definitely tasty lambics I’ve ever tried.

Thick, fast gone cyclamen head over veiled deep red beer. Intense cherry nose, but the thyme comes out unashamedly. Cherries (both sour and sweet) and again the thyme returning. Wild yeast features. Very fruit-slick, not very carbonated. Excellent kriekenlambic.
