Dense, just yellowish tinted head over fully hazy yellow-orange beer. Dry malts nose, alcohol, white candi sugar; finishing faintly spicy, vegetable oil (sesame?). Peppery, bitter/hoppy flavour, much drier than suggested by the nose. Just a tad of sweetness from the alcohol, obviously very attenuated. Somehow, I get nettlecheese, minus the fattyness. Very carbonated, extremely dry and medium bodied at best; full attenuation. Technically probably perfect - but has Jan a soul?
