Açaí Bowl Smoothie-Style Berliner. We recirculated our tart Berliner through successive rounds of vanilla granola over four days for a sweet-nutty-oaty base flavor. ⁣
⁣
An early addition of 500 lbs of banana purée blends in a soft tropical note and amps the viscosity of this “smoothie-style” beer to literal smoothie texture. A combined 750lbs of strawberries, blueberries, açaí berries later, Banzai Break swells to life with a crest of coconut and a righteous 6% ABV.

On tap at Bottle Logic, pours an opaque, muddy pink, exactly like a berry smoothie. Aroma certainly brings out the granola and red berries, with some banana and light coconut flakes in there. Flavour is a boozified smoothie, with loads of strawberries, raspberries and banana, topped with granola and a hint of coconut. Thick, fruity and delicious. Hardly a beer, nothing close to a Berliner, but whatever; it's tasty.

Hazy redish with a pink head - Tart berry aroma - Tart berry strawberry flavours - The tart berries goes into the finish - This was real good

Tap@MBCC 2021, Copenhagen - dark opaque red with a pinkish head. Smooth banana and tart blueberry, loads of berry fruit, coconut, thicc mouthfeel and body, very nice indeed.
