Pretty cloudy deep ruby to purple beer, small creamy pink head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: super fruity, lots of berries, raspberries, cherries, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lots of tart raspberries, pretty acidic, bitter touch, metallic impression. Aftertaste: more acidity coming through, cherries, a little oxidized, almond notes, bitter touch, very sour ending. Pleasant and intense fruitiness.

Draft @ El Birrot, Jafre.
Couleur pourpre, finement rosé, col bourgogne. Couleur est vachement bien appétissante aux yeux.
Arôme est fortement axé sur les fruits rouges/noirs, léger côté un peu salin - c'est quasi tout ce qu'il y a y trouver.
Palais est moyen sur le côté 'sour' avec un fruité fort prononcé sur les baies rouges et noires - mûre et myrtilles avec une touche de framboise.
Le tout est assez épais en bouche.

44cl can. A murky purple red beer with a purple head. Aroma of tart red berries and lactic fruits. Taste of tart red berries, blackcurrant, lacto. Good!

Tap at 100 piv. Thin body, ned-high carbonation. Medium sourness, moderately tart. Lots of berry character to go around, rich and intense, hard to distinguish individuals in this big mix. Not very beery, but quite tasty, easy drinking, very good.
