Celebratory dessert mead blend made with 2 parts Bee Curious: Orange Blossom, 4 parts Mr Milsem's Bonanza Mead 2021 and 2 parts Molly (Grey Cat Mead). Made in the naïve hope to soon be able to celebrate the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions and being able to host and participate in beer and mead events both at home and abroad.

[ As The Attic Meadery 242 (Blend 02, Monochrome) ].
ABV: 15.0%. Clear medium to light amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is honey, caramel, nectar, light wood - barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, barrel, honey, caramel, nectar. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming. [20220513]

Bottle @MBCC 2022, Yellow Session. Clear golden, oily, no head. Clean honey aroma, some light floral notes. sweet, spicy honey flavour, some mild bitterness. Straight forward, clean and tasty.

Bottle@MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (13/05/2022) - Sweet with notes of honey and getting a delicate orange blossom honey throughout, warming honey satisfying finish. Top stuff.

Bottle. Orange color with no head. Aroma is strong honey, but not too waxy, good flowery character. Taste is flowery, thick honey, sweet, nicely balanced. Thick oily, flat. Good one!
