Opening this bottle after the sixth day of work, two days ago, at home, Epalinges. A perfect and classical beverage before to sleep, a tasty dunkel on the German way, malty, toffee, raisin, a bit smocked or an impression like that, a bit roasty, 14.09.22

Dark red Amber/brown. Moderate head, mild malt aroma. Big malty taste though, light citrus/fruit hop notes with a great dark roasty toasty note. Well balanced biscuity, nutty backbone with a dry hoppy finish. I really like it!
