Keg in if it Ain't Dutch. Near clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, a mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a little caramel but nothing heavy. Light marmalade and a little citrus peel bitterness. Back end is a lot sweeter, Mosaic? Or one of the candy hops. Light finish. Not bad, has a couple of toes in the old school style but some modern aspects provide relief

Draft at If It Ain't Dutch... Opaque dark amber. Thin foamy white head with decent lacing. Aroma has sweet caramel edged amber. Aroma has rws8n and pepper with some caramel. Flavourwise it has resin bitterness. Underlying light caramel. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Hits the spot.

Nose is pine needle, dank chimes, bitter orange, grass.
Taste comprises grapefruit, bitter orange, grass, pine needle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA.

T: sweetish mango & orange, citrus peel, biscuit & faint peanut.
F: piney hops, bitter grapefruit peel, mango, faint warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Full in taste, agreeable bitterness.
