Blaes 777 is Belgian style tripel, originated from the Zaan region. Amber, malty, fruity, slightly bitter, full bodied and sweet. With subtle notes of caramel and blackcurrent. A combination of classic Belgian abbey yeast, German malts, Slovenian hops and fresh water from the characteristic Dutch dunes.

In honor of the many sevens in his path, he brewed the 777, a Tripel with sevens where possible. Developing the recipe, he used 7,77 kg of malts, 77 grams of hops, sparged at 77°C, cooked for 77 minutes, with 7,77 ABV result.

330 bottle. Pours a dull copper with light head. Aromas of candied fruit and malts. Flavors of muddled, but jammy stoned fruit, dry honey, and doughy malts. Just a slight Belgian triple influence.

33cl bottle (7,77%) from Slijterij Saendyck in Zaandijk, Netherlands. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is amber, hazy. Aroma is malty, honey, fruity, bit spicy, orange touch. Taste is full malty base, light bready, mellow fruity, orange, bit spicy, honey, decent bitterness, good for the style, enjoyed.
