La composante principale de cet assemblage est une bière crue acide, passée sur marc de grenade pendant 3 semaines puis affinée en barrique. (...) Quant aux notes secondaires, belle base céréalière, elles proviennent de deux bières de type saison, elles aussi vieillies en tonneaux (4 et 6 mois).

Had this at a tasting they did together with Ca del brado. A very interesting beer. The kveik fermentation gives a light funk but leaves so much space for the pomegranate. Extremely fruity, balanced like all their other beers and good acidity. Beautiful.
