For 2021’s Indyfax Festival we teamed up with Turning Point Brewery to brew Just The ‘Fax (geddit?), a hazy, juicy pale ale for cask and keg.
Starting with a grist made up of Extra Pale malt, Wheat, Oats and a touch of CaraGold, the beer was then generously (dry)hopped with a combination of El Dorado, Citra, Simcoe, Sabro & Mosaic.
The result is a deliciously juicy pale ale with a ton of tropical fruit character.

Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Hazy dishwater-god with a mild tropical fruit aroma. This is more stated in its taste and it has a smooth texture.

Half pint on cask at the victorian beer cafe. Medium creamy white head. VEry hazy golden pour. Lovely tropical fruit bitterness. Very good
