Bottle. Bottled 08 december 2021, 7%. Color: Very lightly hazy pinkish red, pink head. Aroma: Grapes, Brett funk, leather. Taste: Moderate sweet and tart, red grapes, grapeskin, subtle Brett barnyard funk and leather. Oak wood, tannins. Subtle notes of other red fruits. (Strawberry, some raspberry) Spicy hints. Very light bitterness. Pretty smooth dry-ish and bit astringent mouthfeel. Medium to over medium body, below average carbonation. Very nicely balanced, nice complexity. Great beer, great ageing.

Dry red grape. Cantillon funk. An odd herbal note, but the balance is good. LCI

Bottle. Clear deep ruby. Great mix between funk and grapes, there’s fruit but also tannins, plums, berries. Medium sour and sweet. Lovely!
