From sweet scents such as foreign-made candy and bubble gum, tropical scents such as mango, tangerine orange, black grapes, and blueberry-like scents can also be felt. This time, the malt composition was changed significantly to bring the beer color closer to red, and by adding Aroma Malt, which has a high degree of roasting, we consciously finished it so that the aroma of black grapes and blueberries can be felt more strongly. We have increased the amount of hops, so you can enjoy the scent more strongly.
A major feature of this beer is that most of the base malt is Vienna Malt, and the aroma of lightly roasted malt enhances Mosaic's black grape and berry aromas, while at the same time supplementing the alcohol content. It is accompanied by a response. In terms of mouthfeel and mouthfeel, we have continued to devise ways to raise the temperature of the saccharification process since Take1.
Well, I think one of the attractions of beer is the variety of styles, which is well over 100. There is no limit to the individuality of color, transparency, aroma and taste. The variety is further complicated by the combination of not only the main ingredient but also various auxiliary ingredients. Diversity, on the other hand, also changes from the perspective of the viewer. It is not diverse because it uses various things, but there is diversity in the individual in the first place.
A very popular hop named Mosaic because of its diverse scent. This series focuses on the individual mosaic with various scents, and uses Mosaic in various ways within the framework of Session IPA to bring out various scents and enjoy it. When I want to get out of the framework of Session IPA, I would like to brew various spin-off versions as well. looking forward to.

Pours a deep amber with a small head. A very pleasant looking beer and much darker than expected. The aroma is slightly berry fruity, dank, sweet notes, some light malt profile. Flavor is similar with a more pronounced resin profile. Finish has a good layer of bitterness. It’s a bit thin but not overly so. Overall, a tasty, crushable, session IPA.
