Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’ place. Thanks Vova. Murky amber. Strong spicy aroma with winter spices, floral, a bit herbal, a bit of honey. Sweetish-sourish flavor with a bit of honey, spices, lacto. Medium-bodied.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Lots of herbs, coriander, pepper, rosemary. Really a herbal garden in the nose. Salty, with a light and super smooth soft body. Very fine but quite a lot of carbonation. Herbs and spices reappear on the palate which is medium long. Unusual but good and definitely a beer worth trying.

Bottle. Sweet and spicy with notes of licorice, flowers and strawberries. Strange but rather nice.

Almost clear orange - amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. A nice light tartness kicks things off. Berry fruits surprise, a little blueberry and strawberry most identifiable. Sweetish floralness. Fruity herb. Light finish. A notably tart and fruity gruit. Nice.

Tap at Beergeek Bar Freigeist tap takeover. Intensely herbal. Honeyish, licorice, and really whole lot of great things. Departs from your standard beer heavily. Lots of sweetness, and lacking a bit of balance. Pretty good though.

0.33 l bottle from ’craftbeer-dealer.com’, best before March 2017. Hazy, dark reddish brown with a thin, slightly creamy, almost stable, beige head. Sourish-fruity aroma of elderberries, blackcurrant, apparantly lavender and some caramel. Sourish-fruity, a bit sweet taste of elderberries, blackcurrant, caramel and nuts, followed by a short, slightly tart finish. Medium body, slighty spritzy and a little effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really interesting, great combination of sourish fruitiness and caramelly sweetness.
