Bottle. What a wonderful, weird beer. Appearance is a really dark, cloudy, brown, golden apple juice look. Taste is herb and sour. Aroma is funky , fruity and ...well kind of strange. I like it.

aroma of chocolate, brown cookies, nutmeg, spices. Interesting aroma, quite intense. 7/10
flavor is vineous, sourish, non-sweet brown cookie notes. The vibrations pale tasted good, this one seem to have gone wrong over the years, not sure where to place
the flavor style wise, sour nutmeg and cocoa beer perhaps, if that was a thing. Drinkable but barely. 6/10
as an excentric sour it does work more or less, so not a drainpour at all.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of lavender, peppermint, herbs, caramel, and malt. The flavor is slightly sour with notes of herbs, brett, lavender, lemons, elderberries, malt, and a bit of caramel, leading to a slightly tart finish.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark brown colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Floral-herbal-spicy aroma, notes of lavender, rosehip, petals, a resinous touch of coniferes, slightly chocolately, dark malty background, honey undertones. Taste is slightly dry, minimally sweet, herbal and floral spicy, slightly chocolately, dark malty basis, notes of lavender, rosehip, petals, a resinous touch of coniferes, some elderberry, some cinnamon, a fruity touch of morello. Quite refreshing, not overdone. Good.

Hazy brown. Nose has some apple juice, little acidity. Taste has more apple juice. Some mint. Herbal thing going on. Acidic a bit, some sourness. Pretty nice.

Draught at KØ17. Muddy dark brown colour. Big stable creamy tan head. The flavour is citric and strangely spicy. Tastes like a lemon juice and pepparkakor project went hopelessly wrong.

Igitt!

Tap. Sentinel, Sheffield. Very hazy, dark red. Swirl and ring of beige. Nose has damson jam. Ripe strawberry. Lots of earthy stone fruit. Some pungent floral notes. Heavy on the lavender . Some background funk. Taste is mostly sweet. Pretty floral and jammy. Syrupy mouthfeel. Sweet and floral finish, thank thankfully dries out a little at the end.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish head, murky very dark orange color, aroma of shrubs and disinfectant with some spice and soda behind, flavor of sour bread, spice and minerals, quite sour but balanced by sweetness, strong and a but agressive carbonation. Feels muddled, fair but not easy to drink.
