bottle, thanks to pivnizub! Redish colour, sweet and malty with berry flavours. Slightly beery. Not my cup of tea.

Gourmet-Flasche (@Brauerei, Dahl): Almost clear, ruby-red coloured with a small pinkish head; sweetish aroma of red berries with a slight vinous tartness, "beery" aromas only detectable in the background; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied; lingering tannic-vinous finish with some remembrances of beer in the aftertaste. Interesting and far better than expected. As brewed by Monsieur Petrus himself...

33cl bottle. Pours clear orange reddish colour with a mid-sized most good lasting purple head. Aroma of red fruits, berries, grapes. Taste of sweet fruits, red berries, grapes, sweet malt in the background, interesting.

Deep ruby with little beige head. Lots of butter with orange and many other light fruits. Taste is lots of cheap lieblich red wine, which is not really good. Some spicyness while swallowing, the rest is the same as the taste. No.

Bottle. Blood red color with small white head. Aroma is butter, butter, butter, and a hint of grape juice. Taste reminds me of cheap red wine, butter, low carbonation. Just ok.

Bottle from Vormann. Fresh and slightly grainy red-wine nose. The mix starts like a thin and refreshing Dornfelder with hints of grain in the back. Not much bitterness, the wine is dominating the scene. Refreshing and smooth aftertaste, very easy to drink, fruity with sweetish hints, round but not much beer. Interesting!

Geringe Karbonisierung. Weiniger Antrunk mit milder Herbe. Angenehm würzig, hintergründig malzig. Die Intensität steigt, mittellanger Nachhall bei geringer Süße. 9/10/10/10/7/10

0.33 l bottle from ’Vormann Brauerei’, best before December 2021. Clear, deep red with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, pinkish white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, very fruity aroma of mainly red wine, some cherries, almond and hints of oak. Quite sweet, minimally sourish, very fruity taste of red wine, cherries, a touch of almond and hints of oak, followed by a short, a little tart and slightly dry finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent and a little astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite interesting and definitely drinkable, but more red wine than anything else, don’t expect to get a beer with this one.
