Anica is a cuvee of a dark strong ale aged in red wine and bourbon barrels for two years with wild raspberries.
Dark brown with a small tan head. The nose is PX sherry, dark fruits-marmalade with hints of leather. The flavour starts slightly sour-sweet with cocoa powder, prunes, bourbon, toasted rye bread and a hint of balsamic vinegar. Full-bodied with lingering acidity, dry finish and woody tannins.

Smakprov från flaska drucken på Brewskival 2022. Smutsbrun, något disig med beige krona. Kola, körsbär, körsbärskärnor, massor av fat, rödvin, lite Bourbon längre bak. Komplex och elegant. Mycket gott.

Bottle 75 cl. Vintage 2015. Pours an opaque reddish brown with a beige head. Nose is dominated by acetic acid, sour berries and oak. Medium body, sophisticated mix of sourness, berries and wood, while the Bourbon also comes through quite clear. Very complex if not exactly easily drinkable. 271121
