bottle hazy yellow, white head. aroma is very strong on elderflower, also lemongrass and flowery dry hops. some sweet malts hidden away somewhere. flavor is elderflowers, flowery hops, bitter industrial hops, weak malty base, somewhat indifferent flavor profile, but i guess okay for a more or less mainstreet acceptable session ipa. quite a lot elderflower and still very dry makes it quite drinkable. Question is, with a stone go-to ipa at about the same price and with even lower alc, why should i ever go for this one? Flavor preferences vary of course, this wil probably be popular in the tuborg/carlsberg crowd, cause it's a refreshing exotic beer compared to those.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Clearly elderflower in the nose blending in with the hops quite pleasantly. Medium body, fruity and surprisingly sweet for a Session IPA. Close to no bitterness. The aroma is clearly the best feature in this beer. 210519

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of elderflowers, malt, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, elderflowers, citrus fruits, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Not a big fan of elderflower in beer.
