Bottle from Cooperative Supermarket, Ashurst. Golden with a frothy-bubbly head. Decent ale, but its actual wheat character is low.

Bottle from Hilliers, Bagshot. Aroma has a touch if cloves and yeast but primarily it's butter and caramel. Clear light gold. Thin translucent white head has a few frothy bubbles. Malty sweetness. Bitter edge. Cloves. A touch of citrus. Quite quinine. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long astringent finish. A gold with a dose of quinine bitterness. Not a fan at all.

Cask (South Western Arms, Southampton) - Golden in colour. Lime and hints of dried apricot in the aroma. Grassy taste with lime, lemon and some pleasant malty notes.

Cask gravity at SIBA South East Tonbridge 2017. 4.5% Clear gold colour lasting white head. Citrus zesty flavour with something like elderflower going on. Dry finish. Excellent golden ale with something special added. Yes enjoyed it. Good beer.
